Phylogeny of Entomobryoidea based on low coverage whole genome sequencing

After recovering the species whole genome, different types of molecular markers such as the mitochondrial genome, single-copy nuclear gene, and ultra-conservative components will be extracted. The phylogeny of the superfamily will be reconstructed and the relationship between major groups will be revised and clarified, making possible to explore the evolution patterns of important morphological features.
