We used FACS to sort CD8 T cells from synovial fluid mononuclear cells from one patient with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis Overall design: SFMCs were thawed, stained with MR1 tetramers and surface antibodies, and CD8 T cells (Propoidium Iodide- CD3+ CD14- CD19- MR1 tetramer- CD8α+ CD4- cells) isolated by FACS. Single-cell RNA-seq was then performed by 10X Genomics technology. ***Please note that FASTQ files will be uploaded to dbGaP since these are human patient samples****
