Dataset and Code for paper manuscript "Spring and autumn warming drive opposing phenological memories in forests" spring_phenology_exp_data.xlsx contains the raw experimental data from the controlled warming experiment, including spring and autumn phenological observations, non-structural carbohydrate measurements, and treatment metadata for all six species across all warming treatments. experiment_code.r provides the statistical analyses and figure generation code for the controlled warming experiment, including treatment comparisons, linear mixed-effects models, and bootstrapping procedures reported in the Methods. img_ground_remote_sensing_st.r and img_ground_remote_sensing_ppcor_ridge.r contain the visualization code for the ground-based and satellite remote sensing analyses, generating figures associated with seasonal temperature sensitivity estimates and partial correlation results, respectively. flux_code.r provides the code for processing eddy-covariance carbon flux data, including structural equation model construction, and associated figure generation. All analyses were conducted in R. Raw ground-based phenological observations, satellite remote sensing products, and eddy-covariance flux data are publicly available from their respective source repositories as detailed in the Methods section.
