Devices used to book tickets or services on online travel agencies in China 2023

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies in China conducted in June 2023, 77 percent of the respondents stated that they used a smartphone in order to purchase or book tickets on online travel agencies. However, 61 percent of the respondents also said that they use a desktop/PC for their purchases.
