we performed high-throughput sequencing to comprehensively investigate the S.sclerotiorum stress responsive miRNAs and targets in a resistant accessions (R-accessions) and a susceptible accessions (S-accession) of B. napus stem following uninoculation and 24 and 48h post-inoculation with S.sclerotiorum, and understand the complex miRNA-mediated regulatory networks controlling in the pathological development of S.sclerotiorum.
