Spatial Proteomics Dataset

This dataset comprises high-plex spatial proteomics data generated to investigate the molecular and cellular basis of alcohol use disorder (AUD) and its frequent comorbidity. The data maps the expression of dozens of proteins across distinct anatomical subregions and cell types within the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC), a brain area critically involved in both reward processing and emotional regulation.
