This dataset contains the raw numerical data, annotated Western blot images, and original statistics files associated with the manuscript titled “High-Throughput Transposon Sequencing Identifies HprR as a Key Regulator of the LEE Operon and Virulence in E. coli O157:H7”. Data include Excel spreadsheets used to generate plots in Figures 1–6, as well as uncropped and annotated images for all immunoblots.
