Dataset on the milk performance of a cohort of dairy cows in Brittany, France.

The dataset describes the health-related factors and milk production of 421 Holstein dairy cows with lactation ranks of two or three during the transition period: once before calving and once afterwards. The cows were housed on 25 commercial farms in Brittany, France. The dataset provides data associated with clinical exams, which are not widely available, as well as routine records made in dairy operations.
