Supplementary Mathematica code - Primary deformation, linear and weakly non-linear bifurcation analysis. from Post-bifurcation behaviour of elasto-capillary necking and bulging in soft tubes

This supplementary Mathematica programme provides a framework of code from which the main results of the paper can be reproduced or investigated further. The programme contains computations of the analytical localised bifurcation conditions, as well as basic implementations of the associated linear and weakly non-linear bifurcation analyses.
