通过公司研发的矿压仪表及KJ1927煤矿顶板与冲击地压监测系统,对矿山井下巷道的围岩移动进行监测及分析,如通过两个基点位移的变化数据可确定离层的范围和离层的大小等,进一步的,通过预警值的设定,当离层大小和位移速度超过预警值时,系统及时进行声光报警,实现煤矿井下现场无人化管理,预测风险,实现安全生产。
Using the mine pressure monitoring instruments and the KJ1927 coal mine roof and rock burst monitoring system developed by the company, the surrounding rock movement of underground roadways in mines is monitored and analyzed. For instance, the range and magnitude of strata separation can be determined based on the displacement variation data of two reference points. Furthermore, by setting early warning thresholds, the system will promptly trigger audible and visual alarms when the strata separation magnitude and displacement speed exceed the thresholds, realizing unmanned management at underground coal mine sites, risk prediction, and safe production.
