Zipped files are single stacks of half mouse-brain corresponding to the dorsal side. The planes of each stack go from the inside of the brain towards the surface of the dorsal side. Voxel size 0.65x0.65x2 um (x,y,z). Nominal overlap between stacks = 300 um for each side. Acquisition with LSFM.
