Soils were sampled during 2021 from 2 paddy fields located in Amol and Neka, and transported to the laboratory. A microcosm experiment was conducted to systematically evaluate the hierarchical influence of HP, CSP, and TS on pesticide dissipation and microbial community dynamics. DNA was extracted from the paddy soils, and the V3–V4 hypervariable regions of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene were amplified and sequenced using the Illumina MiSeq v3 platform.
