This dataset was generated during the unified registration of office spaces for Party and government organs. It encompasses statistics on the asset status and usage conditions of office spaces across all relevant units, including basic information of office buildings, as well as usage data for multiple types of spaces: offices, service rooms, equipment rooms, auxiliary rooms, business premises, rented or lent spaces, and spaces under subordinate units. This resource can be utilized to analyze and determine whether there are instances of exceeding the approved floor area by combining with the verified authorized floor area of each unit.
