Genomic analysis of a panel of S.aureus isolates responsible of bacteremia, infective endocarditis and bone/joint infections from french cohort studies.

The genomic data describes the genomes of 191 strains isolated from osteoarticular infections (93 strains), endocarditis and bacteremia (98 strains) isolated in French cohort studies. The data were used in a study of comparative analysis of phenotypic and genomic data about adhesion, internalization and persistence of S.aureus in various cellular types.
