Number of patients active on organ transplant waiting list in Poland 2021-2023

In 2023, over 2,600 patients in Poland were on the waiting list for a kidney transplant. That was more than in the previous year, when the figure stood at almost 2,400. Furthermore, 811 patients were active on the liver transplantation waiting list in 2023.
