Genetic variants in WWOX and survival of Chinese gastric cancer patients

In the present study, we investigated the survival associations of WWOX variants with 796 Chinese gastric cancer patients. We extracted 1913 SNPs in WWOX from our ongoing genome-wide association study of gastric cancer for survival analysis.The survival associations were analyzed by GenABEL package in R software. We present the survival associations for the 1913 WWOX variants in one table for review.
