资源简介:
Sleep disorders have become a common problem in modern society, affecting people's quality of life and health. The prefrontal cortex (PFC) plays a key role in cognitive and emotional regulation, and its function may be affected by sleep quality. The aim of this study is to investigate the regulatory role of overexpression of Slc1a2 (solution carrier family 1 member 2) in PFC in the dysfunction of glutamate/GABA (gamma aminobutyric acid) - glutamine cycle caused by sleep deprivation, and further reveal the influence of communication between astrocytes and neurons on this process
