Lightning and Weather Dataset of Texas

The region in contention is centered around Dallas and encompasses certain parts of Texas and Oklahoma. The latitude of the region ranges from 30.2◦N to 35.93◦N and the longitude ranges from 93.52◦W to 100.3◦W . We divide the region into a grid of 159 × 159 cells with each cell being 4km × 4km. Datasets are numpy arrays of shape (timesteps, channels, height, width) Timesteps: total_data_2021.npy starts from April 01, 2021 and ends on July 31, 2021. total_data_2022.npy starts from April 01, 2022 and ends on July 31, 2021. total_data_2023.npy starts from April 01, 2023 and ends on July 31, 2023.
