Anonymized data and code for: Gap-Aware Physics-Informed Artificial Intelligence for Electromagnetic Fracture-Healing State Assessment

The raw S11 spectra were exported from CST electromagnetic simulations and curated into aligned fractured and intact datasets. The package includes metadata documenting the 3,456 nominal fractured configurations, five duplicate metadata rows removed from the 1.00 mm metadata file, and 17 missing or incomplete raw S11 exports, leaving 3,439 complete fractured spectra used for model evaluation. The analysis scripts reproduce the relative-path feature extraction, held-out split definitions, leave-one-gap-out split definitions, profile-stratified robustness analysis, and held-out AWGN sensitivity workflow.
