By continuing our editorial work, we published a recent issue of Agroalimentaria journal (Vol. 29, No. 56, January-June 2023). On this occasion, we celebrate a small advance in our Scopus index/database rating: we have moved to quartile 3 (Q3) in the most recent evaluation available, corresponding to 2022. We have also updated our Guidelines for authors, as well as redefined and updated our organizational structure (see details on page 3 of the complete issue, including the addition of a new member to the Editorial Board), adopting conventional names as most journals in the field do (among them, the adoption of the figure of the Editor-in-Chief) and changing the name of the former Editorial Board (now called the Advisory Board). From this issue onwards, there is another novelty. Our journal will include the list of reviewers who have collaborated in each publication with the refereeing of manuscripts (in the corresponding section, Refereeing Committee). Regarding its content, the regular section includes eight articles from Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, and Venezuela.
