Preconditioning with lidocaine and xylazine in experimental equine jejunal ischaemia

This data set represents the raw data from a study investigating the preconditioning effect of lidocaine or xylazine on I/R injury in and experimental model of equine jejunal ischemia. This includes the cell histomorphology scores and de cell counts and surface measurements of the immunohistochemical stainings. Furthermore, the data collected during anesthetic monitoring is included.
