In this study, the PHE efficient degrading bacteria were obtained by domesticating the sludge of the coking plant. This microbiome can degrade more than 90% of PHE in MSM containing 50mg/LPHE within three days. And after biochar fixed the flora, there was a certain resistance to cadmium.
