CivitasGrid-TLP (TransLuxPop) is a fine-resolution grid-level urban dataset combining transportation network morphology from OpenStreetMap, VIIRS nighttime lights, and WorldPop-derived population dynamics from 2015 to 2024. Each sample is a geospatial cell with aligned covariates and contextual labels, enabling cross-country generalisation studies and robust long-tail regression modeling.
