资源简介:
Sepsis is a clinical condition that arises from the presence of pathogenic microorganisms in the blood and the host's response to its presence leading to organ dysfunction, septic shock and death. Infections from these bacteria escalate potentially by increasing morbidity and mortality with an increased possibility of dispersal of the clinical condition. Elimination of these pathogenic bacteria is crucial during an altered physiological state of the subjects, but the deliberate administration of antibiotics generates a repercussion between the subjects immune system and multidrug-resistant genotypes of the microorganisms. For the evolution of bacterial genotypes, genes may be lost, gained or mutated in the bacterial genome. We have sequenced the multiple genomes of Klebsiella. pneumoniae and Escherichia. coli from clinical blood samples significantly projecting the valuable insights from the authors in understanding the nature of the multidrug-resistant genes, patterns of virulence factor and their mode of action causing difficulty in the recovery of the subjects from sepsis. Newly evolved genes in the bacteria provide a rich source of information in diversifying the genetic network essential to the species' replication, adaptation, and survival. The molecular function of genomes flows to the infusion of new alleles of the sequence types and genesis of novel structural variations, including homologous exchange, translocations and inversions, transposable elements insertions and mobilization, presence and absence in the number of variations in the mutated genes. This public description summarises the context by submitting the whole genome sequence of 18 Klebsiella. pneumoniae and 18 Escherichia. coli genome to the National center for Biotechnology Information in submission portal website using Illumina HiSeq sequencer and analysis using bioinformatics tools such as ARG-ANNOT, ResFinder, PROKKA and CARD databases.
