资源简介:
The process of soil methane production is a complex process that is metabolized by a variety of prokaryotic microorganisms, and methanogens are an important functional flora that mediates this complex process. As the main sink of PAHs, microorganisms with degrading ability in the soil oxidize PAHs to produce alcohol, acetic acid, propionic acid, methyl compounds, H2 and CO2. In deep soil or anaerobic environments such as soil particles adsorbing PAHs, methanogenic microorganisms can It is further converted into methane, so the degradation of PAHs under methanogenic conditions may play an important role in the pathway of microbial degradation of PAHs in an anaerobic environment. This study uses high-throughput sequencing technology (Illumina) to study the changes in the diversity of dryland and paddy soil methanogenic microbial communities, and explore the response of methanogenic microorganisms and their activities to PAHs pollution, with a view to establishing effective evaluation indicators and remediation of PAHs pollution in agricultural soils in my country reference.
