Phylogenetic diversity and community structure of Planctomycetota from plant biomass-rich environments

The data associated with this project include files used for Planctomycetota community analysis based on 16S rRNA gene amplicons, generated using custom primers and sequenced on the Illumina platform. The tables and OTU sequences provided here were used in the analysis presented in the research article entitled: Phylogenetic diversity and community structure of Planctomycetota from plant biomass-rich environments.The document "Otu_sequences" contains OTU sequences assigned to Planctomycetota.The document "count_table" contains a matrix showing the number of normalized reads per sample for each planctomycetotal OTU.
