In this study, we assessed the effects of lysyl oxidase (LOX/LOXL) inhibition on the composition of extracellular matrix (ECM) produced by in vitro expanded bone marrow derived mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) of n=3 patients with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN).
