Full-scale measurements of pedestrian-induced vibrations on the Waregem FRP footbridge
收藏资源简介:
This dataset is presents a full scale measurement campaign of human-induced loading on a short span FRP footbridges in Waregem, Belgium. These measurements contain free walking and free jogging events using a variety of pedestrian densities, meaning that participants chose their own trajectory and gait (however an overall circular path). During these events, the participants body motion and top-view UAV footage are gathered, which allow to precisly reconstruct the participants loading and their trajectories. Additional modal identification measurements are used to calibrate a finite element model, which shows a close agreement with the actual footbridges. For each event, the pedestrians body motion, reconstructed trajectories, and structural responses are available in this dataset. This dataset can be used for research regarding pedestrian induced loading on footbridges.
