本年度進行南投縣蓮華池地區不同更新法麻竹林分結構、竹稈生長特性、地上部生物量累積狀況及產筍量等差異,結果顯示,兩種更新法竹稈數皆呈現連年增加,但分株法更新麻竹林單一竹叢內竹株生長較多。分株苗栽植後第一年平均稈徑2.6±0.8 cm,平均竹高4.7±1.6 m,高壓苗平均稈徑1.3±0.6 cm,平均竹高0.7±0.6 m,顯示栽植後第一年分株苗生長速度較高壓苗快;隔年,分株法平均稈徑4.8±1.7 cm,平均竹高6.1±1.9 m,高壓法平均稈徑4.2±1.4 cm,平均竹高5.9±1.8 m,皆有顯著增加。麻竹筍產量於7月最多,5月最少,分株法更新麻竹林竹筍年採收量可達25.5 ton ha-1較高壓法16.2 ton ha-1高。綠竹產筍量調查則係比較有無更新竹園之差異,更新後第一年綠竹筍產量5.6 ton ha-1,第二年增加至10.8 ton ha-1;而未更新產筍林綠竹筍產量則為8.9 ton ha-1,顯示綠竹園更新後第一年產筍量雖會較少,但第二年開始即有顯著增加,並且會超過未更新之綠竹園產筍量。麻竹筍生產量較多之鄉鎮,包括臺南市新化區、左鎮區、嘉義縣大埔鄉和臺中市大坑地區等,各鄉鎮竹農有加入產銷班之比例差距甚大,從5%-90%都有,而產銷班每年可生產麻竹筍數量則介於200-600噸之間。麻竹筍生產可分為以鮮筍為主及以加工筍為主兩種,不同生產方式竹農經營竹園及竹筍產銷方式也不盡相同。竹粉依據其顆粒大小不同可供不同用途,包括堆肥、土壤改良劑以及飼料添加劑等,竹粉經青貯後之營養大為改善,在乳牛飼糧添加竹粉青貯對於乾物質採食量之影響試驗中,乾物質採食量對照組為18.2 kg,竹粉青貯組19.3 kg,顯示竹粉青貯可增加乳牛之採食量。此外,竹粉青貯對於產乳量及乳品質之影響,雖然產乳量沒有差異,但乳脂肪和乳蛋白,竹粉青貯組有增加。 This year we investigated the stand structure, stand growth and biomass of Dendrocalamus latiflorus by different regeneration methods in Lienhuachih, Nantou. Results showed that, the number of culms increased annually for both methods, however, the number of culms in division propagation is greater than one in high-pressed propagation. The first year of culms in the former can reach 2.6±0.8 cm in diameter, 4.7±1.6 m in height, and those in the latter can reach 1.3±0.6 cm in diameter and 0.7±0.6 m in height showing that the growth of the former is bigger than one in the latter. Moreover, annually bamboo shoots production of the former is 25.5 ton ha-1 which is greater than that in the latter (16.2 ton ha-1). The county having mass Ma-chu bamboo productions included Sin-Hua district office and Zoujhen district office in Tainan City, Dapu Township in Chaiyi County and Da-Keng area in Taichung City with big difference from 5%-90% in attending the production and sale organization of bamboo farmers having the annual bamboo shoots production in 200-600 tons. The interview survey showed that the most difficulties faced by the bamboo farmers is the insufficient of manpower followed by the expansion of sales channel. The most items hoped to get assistance form government is the subsidy for damage loss followed by the stable supply for water resources. Bamboo powder for livestock saliage experiments showed that the feeding amount for bamboo powder saliage is 19.3 kg/cattle which is greater than one in non-bamboo powder saliage in 18.2 kg/cattle, indicating the preference of bamboo powder in saliage.
