东北地区气候要素数据（平均降水、积温、辐射数据、相对湿度）

该数据集包括东北地区30年年平均降水、气温数据，以及2000年-2010年7-9月月平均气温、降水、辐射数据、相对湿度，是全国月平均气温、降水、辐射数据、相对湿度的一个子集。数据集是根据气温与经纬度、海拔高度之间存在的线性相关关系，通过“回归计算+残差”的方法，对全国600多个气象台站四十年的月平均（以及月平均最高、月平均最低）气温进行空间化得到。

This dataset contains 30-year annual average precipitation and temperature data for Northeast China, as well as monthly mean temperature, precipitation, radiation and relative humidity data from July to September between 2000–2010. It constitutes a subset of the national dataset encompassing monthly mean temperature, precipitation, radiation and relative humidity. This dataset was derived through spatialization of the 40-year monthly mean (as well as monthly maximum and monthly minimum) air temperature data from more than 600 national meteorological stations, employing the "regression calculation + residual" method based on the linear correlation between air temperature, longitude, latitude and elevation.
