EID2_location_interactions_raw_2022.csv contains organism-location interactions extracted from the Enhanced Infectious Diseases Database - EID2 (https://eid2.liverpool.ac.uk/). All interactions im this file are supported by one genetic sequence or 4 or more publicaitons and is structured as follows: 1. organism: name of the organism (species, subspecies or lower rank). 2. organismID: EID2 ID 3. organismTaxID: NCBI taxid 4. rank: the rank of the organism (e.g. species, subspecies, etc). 5. category: the taxonomic classification of the organism (e.g., bacteria, virus, etc.) 6. continent: continent name 7. country: country name 8. region: name of the principal administrative division if known (blank otherwise). 9. sequencesNo: Total number of nucleotide sequences supporting the interaction. 10. papersNo: Total number of publications supporting the interaction.
