Bacteria were isolated and identified from the sea cucumber species Holothuria leucospilota and Stichopus vastus. Extract from selected bacteria were tested for antimicrobial activity against a panel consisting of bacteria, fungi, and also Hepatitis C Virus (HCV). The potent bacterial extracts were analyzed by using UPLC-HRMS and de-replicated by using MarinLit database to identify the possibility of finding new compounds.
