In this study, we investigated the impact of microbial agents and microbe-derived fertilizers on the microbial community structure in the peanut rhizosphere of soil. We utilized Illumina MiSeq high throughput sequencing technology to conduct our investigation.The experimental design consists of four treatment groups: Compound fertilizer (CF), Compound fertilizer supplemented with microbial agent (CF+MA), Compound fertilizer supplemented with microbial fertilizer (CF+MF), and Compound fertilizer supplemented with both microbial agent and microbial fertilizer (CF+MM).
