miRNA sequence analysis of drug-resistant small cell lung cancer

We obtained small cell lung cancer specimens and normal lung specimens from patients who died of drug-resistant SCLC. The small lung cancer specimens include primary lesions and metastatic lesions. Next generation sequencing was performed to assess the expression of miRNA in drug-resistant small cell lung cancer. Overall design: Twelve samples (4 normal lung tissues, 2 primary tumors, 4 lymph node metastases, 1 liver metastasis, 1 lung metastasis) were collected from autopsy specimens of three treatment-resistant small cell lung cancer patients.
