Long-Read Nanopore DNA Sequencing of a HeLa Cell Line

This study performed whole genome sequencing of a HeLa cell line, HeLa-JVM, using Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) long-read sequencing and Repli-Seq. The objectives were to evaluate DNA methylation, chromosome copy number, and DNA replication timing.
