ABA biosynthesis

Accumulation of ABA during seed development has been associated with maturation of the seed, development of desiccation tolerance and suppression of vivipary. Rapid increases of ABA has also been linked to water stress-induced closure of stomata. This pathway has been manually created based on Lycocyc content.

在种子发育过程中，ABA（脱落酸）的积累与种子成熟、脱水耐受性的形成以及vivipary（胎生现象）的抑制之间存在关联。此外，ABA的快速增加亦与水分胁迫引起的气孔关闭现象相联系。此途径系根据Lycocyc（可能指某种植物或其成分）含量，经人工构建而成。
