Alignments and phylogenetic trees for: The genus Phytopythium — updated taxonomy, multilocus phylogeny, ecology, plant pathogenicity, diagnostics, and management
收藏资源简介:
Sequence alignments and phylogenetic trees underlying the multilocusanalysis presented in the accompanying review of the oomycete genusPhytopythium (Peronosporaceae). Concatenated four-locus matrix: 92 terminals, 3,229 characters(ITS 1-1226; LSU 1227-1985; cox1 1986-2666; cox2 2667-3229), of which1,065 characters are parsimony-informative. Fifty-eight terminals arerepresented by all four loci, 18 by three, and 16 by two; missing lociare coded as gaps. Ingroup: Phytopythium. Outgroup: Salisapilia tartareaCBS 208.95. Maximum likelihood was inferred in IQ-TREE 3 under locus-partitionedmodels selected with ModelFinder, with SH-aLRT and ultrafast bootstrapsupport. Bayesian inference was run in MrBayes 3.2.7a on 81 non-redundantterminals (ASDSF 0.0098; mean PSRF 1.002; minimum ESS 281). Single-locusalignments were screened for supported topological conflict beforeconcatenation. Strain data and GenBank accession numbers for all terminals are given inTable S1 of the accompanying article.
