Rumex conglomeratus, R. obtusifolius, and R. crispus Raw sequence reads

Several European Rumex species are among the worst weeds of the world, yet not much is known about their genetics. This study assessed the origin of three Rumex species (R. conglomeratus, R. obtusifolius, and R. crispus) introductions in New Zealand, as well as genetic differentiation within and between populations from the species' native and introduced regions. The data were sampled in a hierarchical fashion, which allowed for comparing several individuals within several populations within four climatically separate regions within each country. A comparison of species' native and introduced regions across three congeneric species ranging from diploid to hexaploid, can help us better understand the ecology and evolution of invasive plants
