This project contains 4 samples (2 samples from CHD1KO plus CHD1WT mCAT HeLa, 2 samples from CHD1KO plus N- and C-terminal intrinsically disordered region deleted CHD1 mCAT HeLa) of ATAC-seq data.mCAT-HeLa cells expressed mouse cationic amino acid transporter 1, serving as the mouse ecotropic retroviral receptor. CHD1KO mCAT HeLa cells were generated by the CRISPR-Cas9 system with sgRNA targeting CHD1 exon 7 and transduced with retrovirus encoding CHD1WT-Venus or N- and C-terminal IDR deleted CHD1-Venus. ATAC-seq was performed using the ATAC-Seq Kit (Active Motif, 53150).
