SPEI and NDVI data from 1984-2021 for continental Portugal and cork oak dominated areas of Portugal (respectively). NDVI data excludes areas which have changed land use or burned in the last decades. BRT and SAP dataframes contain data for a subset of points from cork oak dominated areas within Portugal, including slopes of change for NDVI, SPEI, AND climatic variables as well as edaphic and topographic data. Climatic data was derived from Terraclimate, NDVI data was derived from Landsat satellite images, soil data was derived from EPIC WebGIS Portugal, and topographic data was derived from NASA's digital terrain model.
