Project Monitoring Amazon rivers for multi-resistance to antimicrobials due to human actions and COVID protocols (Uraim River)

The purpose of this project is characterize the diversity and microbiological and genetic composition in rivers that are part of the Amazon region of Brazil, selecting rivers that cross cities and present different types of anthropogenic impact.
