CSIRO's Earth Analytics Science & Innovation (EASI) platform was used to ingest and process the 10 year USGS's Landsat 8 archive data over Australia to find areas of change and stability that may be suitable for a calibration and validation site.
Dataset consists of the following products:
• Mean Albedo in VNIR,
• Standard Deviation of Albedo in VNIR,
• Mean Albedo in SWIR,
• Standard Deviation of Albedo in SWIR,
• Mean Albedo in VNIR-SWIR,
• Standard Deviation of Albedo in VNIR-SWIR,
• Percentage of Water Observations,
• Percentage of Low Albedo Observations,
• Percentage of Dense Vegetation Observations,
• Percentage of Not Clear Observations,
• Percentage of Not Clear observations -smoothed,
• Percentage of Bare Observations,
• Count of Total Observations,
• Count of Good Observations,
• Covariance of VNIR albedo,
• Covariance of SWIR albedo, and
• Covariance of VNIR-SWIR albedo.
