Impact of circadian rhythm on profiles of exRNAs in healthy individuals " The goal of the project was to investigate the changes in the concetration of the circulating miRNAs during the timeof day (diurnal cycles). Blood from 16 donors was collected in the morning (8:30 am), afternoon (2:30 pm) and evening (70:30 pm). Blodd was centrifuged at 500xg, 2500xg and 12,500xg for 20 mins, and the concetration from the resulting cell-free plasma was quantified by RT-PCR using TaqMan array microRNA kit (Platform GPL17853).
