mRNA expression levels in Jurkat cell lines treated with or without IFN-alpha and with shaking or static

Throuth RNA sequencing analyses, we report that shaking did not affect transcriptome in Jurkat cells and differential expressed genes by IFN-alpha were detected. mRNA expression profiles in the Jurkat T-cell lines in shaking culture without IFN-alpha (n=3), static culture without IFN-alpha (n=3), shaking culture with IFN-alph treatment for 24h (n=3) and static culture with IFN-alpha treatment for 24h (n=3) were generated by RNA sequencing. RNA was extracted using RNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen). RNA sequencing was conducted in Medical & Biological Laboratories, co (Nagoya, Japan).
