RNA sequencing analysis of gene expression in non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma (NTAPP)-exposed and -unexposed human adipose tissue-derived stem cells (ASC) [Ex.2]

We analyzed the whole genome expression profile of NTAPP-exposed ASCs to understand the molecular mechanism of the activation of adult stem cells proliferation by NTAPP exposure through nitirc oxide response. Overall design: ASCs were pretreated with culture medium alone, 30 uM carboxy-PTIO (CP) or 30 uM DETA-NONOate (NONOate) prior to NTAPP exposure. CP-treated and untreated cells were exposed to NTAPP for 50 s per h for 10 times, and collected at 9 h after NTAPP exposure to extract total RNA.
