This repository contains all required input datasets for running the dynamical water quality routing model (DynQual) at 5 arc-min spatial resolution with a daily timestep for the Rhine basin. This input data is provided to provide users with a self-contained example for running DynQual, with the primary purpose of allowing users to increase their familiarity with the model setup. The model code (and user manual) that is also required for running this example setup are available at: https://github.com/UU-Hydro/DYNQUAL
