This series gives particulars of prisoners held in the Singleton Court of Petty Sessions lock-up. These use template headings which include date, case number, name, address, [crime] committed (by whom, when and where), offence, sentence, where born, ship and year of arrival in the colony, religion, trade, age, height, colour of hair and eyes, education (read and write), remarks (physical identifiers) and disposal of prisoner, for example, forwarded to gaol or discharged.The volume contains gaps between 9 January 1902 and 23 February 1903 and 9 January 1905 to 27 April 1908.
