RNA-sequencing analysis of regulatory T cells differentiated in presence or absence of CPI-1205

We differentiated naïve CD4 T cells isolated from FoxP3-eGFP mice into inducible regulatory T cells in presence or absence of CPI-1205. Differentiated regulatory T cells were then sorted by flow cytometry based on GFP expression. DEG analysis of inducible regulatory cells differentiated in presence or absence of CPI-1205 was performed.
