Respiratory Infectious Disease of the Southern and Northern Regions of Xinjiang Dataset

Dataset: Disease_weather_forecasting This dataset contains the publicly shareable data used in the study"A Dual-Channel Transformer-Based Disease Forecasting Model with Meteorological Exogenous Variable Cross-Attention for Respiratory Infectious Diseases in Xinjiang, China". The dataset consists of two components: 1. File: respiratory_disease_data_masked.xlsx Respiratory infectious disease surveillance data used in this study. 2. Meteorological data The dataset contains meteorological data for 23 regions of Xinjiang, China, covering the period used in this study. Each region contains two types of files: CSV files containing the meteorological data in tabular format. JSON files containing the corresponding meteorological data in JSON format. In total, 46 Meteorological data file are provided, including 23 CSV files and 23 JSON files, corresponding to the 23 regions of Xinjiang. Due to data access and confidentiality requirements imposed by the data provider, sensitive fields in the publicly released respiratory disease data have been masked by replacing their original values with "***". Data Usage The dataset is provided for research and academic purposes. Users should comply with applicable data protection, privacy, and ethical requirements when using the dataset.
