Scanning Laser Optical Tomography acquisitions of cell spheroids for tracking and dejitter

file 1 - The zoomed field of view section which was used to track the movement of the sample (without focus shifting)

file 2 - The result of the acquisition with activated focus and field of view tracking

file 3 - The reconstruction of the acquired cell spheroid (file 2) without correction

file 4 - The reconstruction of the acquired cell spheroid (file 2) with correction

( .raw files can be opened with ImageJ: 16-bit signed, little-endian byte order ; .mrc file can be opened with ImageJ )

FocusSampleTracking.cpp/.h are the C++ files integrated in our SLOT setup/programm, used to track the sample for the acquisition.

SLOT_preproc_GUI.py and SLOT_preproc.py are the python sripts used to de-jitter the acquired data.
